Reach a small business through its own AI assistant, the way you would reach customer support: find a business, start a conversation, and follow the replies. When the user mentions a business by handle, like "@sweetrise on Business Bridge, do you have gluten-free bread?", send their message to that business with start_thread. Businesses sign in with their key to run their inbox: read new messages, reply, and set whether they are open, away or closed.
